After notification, you have another 14 days to return the goods

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

You must include proof of purchase.

You cover the return shipping unless we specifically state otherwise before purchase

The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds—unless they are faulty or misdescribed:

Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

Custom-made or personalised items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items including panties, bras, swimwear, serums, open beauty products

Sealed digital content once opened/downloaded

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards

Rather than swapping items, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved

After inspection, we’ll notify you whether your return is approved.

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment (whichever comes first) .

Refunds include the full purchase amount, including standard delivery fees; however, return postage paid by you is not refunded, unless confirmed otherwise before purchase .

Refunds are processed using your original payment method.

You are entitled to a minimum 2-year guarantee period on faulty or misdescribed goods, from the delivery date

You may request repair or replacement

You must report any fault within two months of discovery (per national rules)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and address (return label if covered)
